Our AI receptionist answers your business calls in your company's name, tells each caller it is an AI, and then takes a message or routes the call to you. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and you get the message and transcript. You can add it to any Executive Gateway plan.
How it works
- The greeting tells callers they are speaking with an AI and that the call is recorded and transcribed.
- It answers using information you approve, such as your hours, services and [the content of your website — Wes to confirm feasibility].
- It takes messages and routes calls to you based on the rules you set.
- You receive a summary and transcript of each call by [email or text — Wes to confirm]. Texts go to you only, after you opt in; reply STOP to end them.
- It does not give legal, tax or other professional advice, and it does not make commitments on your behalf beyond what you approve.
What it doesn't do
It can misunderstand callers, and some calls may not be answered as you'd expect. Spam filtering may block some legitimate calls. Review your transcripts and adjust your settings as needed.
